Purpose:

Nature's Sunshine's Chaste Tree is a herbal concentrate for the temporary relief of pre-menstrual tension and associated conditions (fluid retention, headaches, crampy periods and tender breasts).

Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, seek the advise of your local health care professional.

It is ideal to commence taking this herb at ovulation i.e. halfway through the cycle, and cease at the onset of menstruation for treating premenstrual symptoms.
