5. COST OF DELIVERY

Delivery within Australia : We have a flat rate of $9.90 on all orders  to anywhere in Australia . Free delivery for orders over $200.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment securly via Direct Deposit and PayPal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

7. POLICY OF REFUND

Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Vitamins Today, will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

8. STOCK

Vitamins Today do not carry any stock on any products; therefore you understand that in some cases there may be long delays in receiving your orders due to manufacturer supply issues. In these situations, we can offer you a full refund on your purchase.

We cannot change orders once they have been placed, although if notified by the customer of an order error (by email) we will do our best to correct the order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), Vitamins Today shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Vitamins Today shall within 7 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
