EPA-rich marine fish oil and Virgin Evening Primrose Oil

A special formulation that may help maintain eye and brain function and assist visual fatigue and eyestrain. May assist in general wellbeing. The 60 capsule bottle generally allows for a one month supply.

This sets EYE Q apart from other nutritional supplement The fish oil in EYE Q is sourced from Sardines, Anchovies and Pilchards, which provides the essential combination of active ingredients. EPA is essential for the moment-by-moment regulation of brain function. All evidence now points to EPA as the Omega 3 fatty acid controlling the function of the other fatty acids in the brain and the that supplementation of EPA and DHA combination found in EYE Q is effective in maintaining eye and brain function. EPA plays and important role in brain function, supporting vision, co-ordination, learning ability, memory and concentration.

Directions for use: Adults & children above 5 years
First 12 weeks: 6 capsules a day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night with food whilst the body is still replenishing its stores of fatty acids.
After 12 weeks: gradually reduce intake to 2 capsules a day on a maintenance basis. Intake can be increased at any time to meet individual needs.

Directions for use: Children below 5 years
First week: 1 capsule a day to see if the child can tolerate the oils.
Next 12 weeks: Increase dose to 3 capsules a day.
After 13 weeks: reduce dose to 1-2 capsules a day on a maintenance basis.
