Menopause, between the ages of 40-55 is the time for the body to rest from the burden of preparing for the creation of new life, and should actually be a time to enjoy once the transition has been made.

However, this transition can be a major problem for women under stress and lacking proper nutrition and exercise. Hot flushes (or flashes) are a flush of intense heat that suddenly sweeps through the upper half of the body and may cause perspiration and the face to redden.

This formula was developed to help you deal with those irritating hot flushes. Women have traditionally used Black Cohosh to ‘keep cool’ during menopause. This herb is the main ingredient in Nature’s Sunshine’s Flash Ease Time Release. It is combined with Dong Quai, a Chinese herb that provides support to the glandular system.

Therapeutic Use
For the relief of hot flushes associated with menopause. For the relief of pre-menstrual syndrome and menstrual symptoms such as pain and cramping.

Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains extract equivalent dry:
Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Cohosh) root & rhizome 500mg
Powdered Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root 200mg

Dosage
For adults: take two tablets, one in the morning and one at night daily. One tablet conveniently provides approximately 10 hours of time-release herbs for day and night relief.
