Item Description

Ginger is used in both cooking and healing. One of the most renowned properties of Ginger is its ability to relieve nausea associated with motion sickness.

Ginger is also seen as beneficial to the digestive system. It has been found to be carminative and anti-spasmodic, making it useful to relieve flatulence, dyspepsia and spasm of the gastrointestinal tract.

In addition Ginger has been found to warm the body and can be used to assist circulation to the periphery.

Therapeutic Use:
A traditional calming herb to reduce the tendency of nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness.

Active Ingredient:
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 525mg of Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome powder.

Dosage:
For adults: take two to four capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule two to four times daily.
For children aged 6-12 years: take 1-2 capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule with a meal twice daily.

Free of yeast, added sugars, lactose, gluten, starch, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.
