Item Description

Gotu Kola herb is called “brain food” by many as it may support memory function. Ayurvedic medicine considers gotu kola a nerve tonic that can be used for overall brain and nervous system support. Gotu kola promotes circulation and supports connective tissues. It is thought to support memory and brain function by promoting circulation.

This herb has been used in India since prehistoric times. In this system of Ayurvedic medicine it has been used as a nervine, tonic, alterative and diuretic. As a restorative agent it can be used to support mental acuity, and can help to support the brain and nervous system, assist memory and support the adrenal glands. It can also be of assistance during periods of fatigue and physical exhaustion.

Gotu Kola has been applied topically to assist wound healing, and may also be of assistance when applied to skin conditions. In addition it is thought that it may be of assistance in cases of weakness of the legs.

Therapeutic Use
A herb used traditionally in Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal medicine to support mental acuity. May also be used as a tonic to assist during periods of mental fatigue.

Active Ingredient
Each ‘Preservative Free’ capsule contains 425mg of Centella asiatica herb powder.

Dosage
For adults: take two capsules with a meal twice daily.
For children aged 6-12 years: take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
