How Do I Join?
As soon as you purchase any product on vitaminstoday.com.au, you are automatically registered into the Program. Our special software tracks the value of your order so the next time you make a purchase, you may be entitled to a discount.
What Do I Get for Joining?
As soon as the total of your previous orders equal $300, you begin to receive an automatic 3% discount on your purchases. When you reach $500, you save 5%. Spend $800 with vitaminstoday.com.au and your next purchase entitles you to a 8% discount and so on.
How do I get my discount?
The discount is based on the dollar amount purchased over the twelve months prior to each new purchase you make. As your spend level increases so does your loyalty discount. After your cumulative orders reach $300 (excluding shipping), you will automatically receive the discount on your next order when you check out. You will see a sub total of your order, then the Customer Loyalty discount which is subtracted, leaving you with the discounted order total. There's no paperwork to fill out, no special forms to sign up. We do all the grunt work behind the scenes.
When does my 12 months begin and end?
Your twelve months are the twelve months before the date of each new purchase that you make. Every time you place an order with us, our system will look at your activity over the 12 months prior to that particular purchase and base your discount on those purchases. You will keep earning your discount on every order as long as your purchases over the twelve months prior qualify.
How can I tell if the discount percentage is accurate?
Simply check your Order History from the Customer Login box on the right hand side of the page. Discounts are calculated using the following scale:
Total for your combined orders is over $300 ,over a rolling 365 days - 3% discount.
Total for your combined orders is over $500 ,over a rolling 365 days - 5% discount.
Total for your combined orders is over $800 ,over a rolling 365 days - 8% discount.
Total for your combined orders is over $1300 ,over a rolling 365 days - 13% discount.
Total for your combined orders is over $2100 ,over a rolling 365 days - 21% discount.
Total for your combined orders is over $3400 ,over a rolling 365 days - 34% discount.
