Mullein 320mg - 100 Caps

Item Description

When dried Mullein burns easily. Hence its leaves and stem were often used as candle wicks. The dried stems and flowers were sometimes dipped in suet to make them burn longer.

Mullein is a remedy that has been shown to support the respiratory system. It shows expectorant properties that can assist to relieve coughs and mild lung congestion. It also contains mucilage and it is this that accounts for the soothing qualities of the herb.

Therapeutic Use
A traditional ‘expectorant’ herb to provide temporary relief of mild lung congestion and coughs.

Active Ingredient
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 320mg of Verbascum thapsus leaf powder.

Dosage
For adults: take three to six capsules with a meal three times daily, depending on severity of symptoms.
For children aged 6-12 years: take two capsules with a meal three times daily.
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
