What is it for? Relief of the symtoms of head colds such as blocked or runny nose and sneezing. Helpful hints Bed rest, light meals and plenty of clear fluids will help you to recover. Vitamin C and zinc may help reduce the length and severity of your symptoms if you don't get enough vitamins and minerals through your normal diet. Try a steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus or tea tree oil added.
