Item Description

What it does:

Spearmint has a calmative and tonic action on the digestive system. Add to massage blends, vaporisers and therapeutic baths to relieve nausea, indigestion and colic. This oil will also ease the symptoms of travel and motion sickness and even take the rough edges off a hangover! Add a few drops to a tissue to sniff when travelling or add to a vaporiser, spritzer or therapeutic baths. For the relief of any digestive complaints add to a massage blend and massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction.

Aroma: warm, spicy-herbaceous, minty. A top note.

Blends well with: lavender, jasmine, eucalyptus, basil, rosemary, peppermint.

Caution: do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body.
