Fusion Health TIENCHI GINSENG is a powerful traditional Chinese herb used over many thousands of years.

INDICATIONS:
• Promotes stamina and endurance.
• May help relieve the symptoms of bruising, bleeding and pain associated with soft tissue injury including delayed onset muscle soreness, sprains and strains.
• Promotes healing of micro-trauma to muscles tendons and ligaments.
• May reduce heavy menstrual bleeding.
• In conjunction with regular exercise and a balanced diet, may assist with healthy weight management and promote a healthy heart.

INGREDIENTS:
Each tablet contains extract equiv. to dry:
Panax notoginseng (Tienchi ginseng) root 2g (200mg)

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
General use and heart health:
Take 1-2 tablets once daily
Muscle soreness and soft tissue injury:
Take 1-2 tablets two or three times daily
Weight management and endurance:
Take 1-2 tablets one hour before and after excercise
Heavy Menstrual Bleeding:
Take 1-2 tablets two or three times daily

WARNING:
Not to be taken during pregnancy
