Herb Valley’s Vitamin E is a wheat free formula in a base of Soya oil making it suitable for people who are unable to consume wheat-based products.

Recommended Daily Dosage

Adults and Children over 12 years – Take 1 to 2 capsules taken daily with food.

Children 12 to 18 years – Take 1 capsule daily with food.
